Terms of Service

BEFORE YOU PROCEED...

Be reminded that I live a very turbulent life. I care for 4 siblings daily, 3 of whom are younger than me and rely on my supervision. I also require regular hospital visits these days and commissions are my only source of income I can use to pay for the expenses. In other words, I am asking you to be understanding and patient with me when it comes to time. With that said, I will of course do my utmost to finish your commission within a reasonable time. I’m more than willing to be clear and transparent about my schedule. If you are unfamiliar with my work, my strong suit is drawing character interactions, especially depictions of romance (shippy art) and humor. So, I encourage such requests as commissions.

✔ ✔ ✔

  • Original characters, fanart and OC/canon — I’m completely fine with drawing any ship (m/f, m/m, f/f, etc) as long as it doesn’t override anything from my prohibition list below.

  • Moderate Gore/Violence — Blood, moderate injuries and certain depictions of horror are okay.

  • Suggestive themes — This may be a case-to-case basis, however, the client must be 18+

  • Humanoids with animal ears/tail (Kemonomimi) and/or monster-like features

  • Simplified animals

✖ ✖ ✖

  • Shota/Lolicon, incest, or any offensive and harmful content

  • Mecha/Vehicles

  • Severe Gore/Violence

  • NSFW/Pornography

  • Anthros/Furries

  • Rushed or time-sensitive requests

  • Complicated artwork

You are always welcome to ask if you are unsure!

I send INVOICES for payments through PayPal once negotiations have been settled.
— For commissions that have a total cost of 80 USD and above, I have an option for partial payment this time. Pay 50% upfront for me to start your commission, then pay the rest to receive the final. Otherwise, you pay in full upfront.
Revisions may or may not require additional charges.
— Any minor changes that you’d like for me to make during the process are free.
— I will be charging for any major changes after the sketch. Please understand that every major revision means more work hours, so I thoroughly advise you to be clear when you want something changed before I continue working on your commission.
Refunds may or may not be negotiable.
— Refunds are applicable if it's been over 30 days since my last update on your commission. If your commission has been finalized with approval from both parties, I will no longer entertain refunds for it.
— The refund will be according to the amount of work I have left undone based on the percentage or stage I last updated you with. (e.g. 75% refund on sketch stage, 50% refund on coloring stage, 25% refund on rendering stage.)
— Chargebacks are prohibited and will have consequences such as being blacklisted.
I reserve the right to decline/cancel a commission by any means I find necessary.
— In the case of cancellation, I will return your money determined by the amount of work I have left undone in the same manner as refunds stated above.
I reserve the right to upload and use commissions online and in my portfolios.
— I do not claim the intellectual property in the commissioned artwork unless they are my original characters.
— An NDA fee will be charged if requested.
All commissioners will receive hi-res (300dpi) RGB copies of their commission.
— Let me know if you’d like me to work in CMYK (print-ready) and/or a specific template.
All commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.
— You’re free to use them in any personal way; icon, header, background, and even print them out, if you want! As long as any form of profit will NOT be gained from it, it’s OK!
— ANY of my artwork including commissions are strictly prohibited from being applied to anything that involves NFT/Crypto and AI learning.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

  1. Client fills up my commissioner’s form. Upon submission, the client will wait for a response from me via the email address they provided and discuss if the project is doable or not.

  2. Once we have come to an agreement, I will ask for the client’s PayPal address so I can forward an invoice. I will then await the payment at 2 days maximum. Failure to send the payment will result in the client losing their slot.

  3. After the client pays for their invoice, I will begin working and they can expect updates from me periodically.* They will receive updates from important periods of the process such as the concept drafts, alternative sketches, color checking, etc. I will communicate with the client throughout the early process for any revisions as they see fit.** This process will continue until I complete the client’s project.

  4. I will then send an email for approval of the final piece. Upon approval, the client will receive their commissioned artwork in high resolution which I will upload via Google Drive.

  5. Finally, the client may upload their commissioned artwork on social media and use it. Unless the client specifically asks me not to, I will also upload them myself, usually in batches with other commissions.

*The client may email me to ask for updates if I have not contacted them in over a month. (Please refrain from badgering me, e.g. emailing me every week.)
** If the client is present during my livestream where I am working on their project, they are welcome to point out any reasonable revisions as I work as well.
